Just this 6:00pm, we had our 1st programming quiz using MS Visual Studio 2005. I was happy for myself that I was able to finish the quiz. I had a hard time in converting the string input to integer. ~that’s for being a noob!~ Yevrah and sonictail helped me to somehow understand how some codes work.

I’m just happy that I finished it positively…

A news was out, that the ITE Program of the University of the Immaculate Conception(UIC) will be celebrating their ITE Festival. One of the contest for the students to join is the "Technografix". This is an event to help students showcase their talents in the field of animation/computer graphics.

Another Online Exam, but now this is for our DBMS class. I spent the whole day waiting for the time to answer Exams, for we planned to answer the test questions together over the internet. Yes! the time came, it was about past 10pm when we started answering 1/5 Online Exams which was prepared for us by our instructor. We plan to answer the rest tomorrow.

Tonight, I end up having a GOOD score 24/32. The exam was 57 items but one item was not included in the addition for it was a discussion type of answer and it is for 25 points!

Once again, it’s a rainy day in Davao. Early today, I tried my best to attend my class even though it’s so cold and it feels good to stay long in bed. As I reached school, I was wet and curious if we are really to have our class in Physics. Unluckily, I should have stayed in bed for our instructor was nowhere to be found and we didn’t have class the whole morning. Afternoon came, we were in doubt if we are really having our class in Computer Architecture. Fortunately, we had a breif discussion about "Basic Sequential Circuit", It was fair enough for us who were present to attend the class. My school day is over and I can now go home and stay in bed for the rest of the night. I hope it will be a little sunny tomorrow.

What a day! I spent my whole day facing my computer monitor and trying to understand the CSS(Cascading Style Sheet) codes so that I can come up with my "sample design" for our project in Advanced Web Programming. IT took me the whole day but I only came up with a very simple design. Even though I came up with a simple design, I was so glad to make one. It is really not easy to understand, but I really need to experiment on the codes to know how they affect the output. I just can’t wait to see how our project’s going to look in the end. I hope, I can post my sample design but I can’t. . . . .

Class project for Advanced Web was given to us even though a very small number of people understands on how to make a dynamic website. Much is needed for us to learn and things get uglier for we have to make a "friendster-like" project using php and mySQL, worst thing Design team has to submit a sample output for the main pages of the said project(badly I’m part of the Design Team). Something that’s much worst, We need to come up with a sample output for the said project this SUNDAY!

I am schelduled tomorrow for my class declamation. I haven’t prepared well for this one. I hate memorizing. . .  But, this one is important for me to have a good declamation to have a decent grade in my english class. I will be very happy if I can deliver at least 3 stanzas with great mastery. . . . It’s hard to memorize if you have no enough time for it. So, help me GOD!

It’s a Saturday! Just this morning I had to wake-up early to attend my make-up class for my Database subject. We had an interesting activity in the class as our class was divided into 2 groups. I was with group 1, which was composed of average and below average students in the class. Group 2 looked very complete as they were headed by the best 5 of the class and of the 2nd yr. level in IT. So much for the comparison. Both teams were tasked to conduct an interview with a "mock" company owner and both should get data that will be used to create a conceptual design for the company in need. Basically, it was a practice for us to now the impotant things in conducting an interview before coming up with a conceptual design. Our group chosed me, Billy and IC to conduct the interview, we were told that Roi would play as the company owner for us. As we interview him, I was very nervous that I forgot to follow our questionaire guide. But, I was lucky we were able to conduct the interview well for we were able to get data that’s going to be useful as we would make the system for the company. In the end, it was a good day of learning.

As we slowly walked down the stairs to go home, we passed by the lobby and there I saw a fairy-like beauty sitting on the bench. I was shocked and immediately silenced myself for I was so noisy. There she was sitting on the bench waiting for somebody and completing my day again. . . . . . . .  

Wow! what a way to end my day…. I heard about our online quiz in Physics late, but luckily I was able to pass the quiz. The think that makes me very proud of this is I was answering the quiz question by myself. I was confident with my answers but I never thought of scoring more than the half half of the total items….. What a day!
