Ubuntu SE

Good day everyone!

-Have you heard of Ubuntu SE?
-Do you have any idea what SE means? *take a wild guess*

SE means "Satanic Edition".
Yes! you heard it right. Ubuntu has come up with such an intruiging edition.
Ubuntu’s "Satanic Edition" is currently "not" a distro it’s more a series of themes to transform the look of Ubuntu.

CD Package from Linux

Just this last Thursday June 7, 2007, I was surprised by the arrival of my package CD from Linux. I wasn’t expecting it, since I thought that it wasn’t true that they would send a free copy of their newest release Ubuntu 7.04 without any payment required. I was so happy that the package reached me.*hehe*

I already tried to run it as LiveCD in my PC and it was nice. I just have few problems in how to install it as dual boot with my MSwindows XP operating system.

Cool Desktop?

If you think you have a cool desktop, wait ’til you see this.

A cool way to set your system desktop. This one has a lot of features that are new and very stylish. Hope to have it on my computer,*hehe* But I think this isn’t out yet…

My Desktop

I present to you my "Customized Desktop". I chose this setup because I like my desktop to look simple yet stylish. I placed my "Object Dock" on the right side where we use to see the scroll bar since I am using a mouse with a wheel that I can use to scroll on the windows that I access. I also chose not to show my "Task Bar" since the "Object Dock" can display the programs that I’m currently using.

Anit-Spyware and Adware

In the past year, I had problems with my computer system due to adware and spyware  infections. This problem has bugged me for almost three months already, since I had my internet connection. There were times I couldn’t log in to my yahoo messenger account, unable to connect to any website or simply my internet access is totally f*cked!

Since I have just reformatted my system, I searched for a software to answer my needs.

Icons for your PC!
